For those of you who don’t know, Voyager 1 and 2 that were announced in the 70s middle 70s late 70s to explore the entire solar system are still in business – WHAT? NO SHIT? Originally part of the Pioneer 12-crafts program, Pioneer 11 & 12 were re-tasked and re-designated Voyager 1 & 2 tasked to visit 8 of 9 planets and many of their moons on what was called the solar system Grand Tour! Amazingly, both crafts are still working and both have exited the solar system and are now in interstellar space truly traveling where no man or probe has ever gone before!
